Hasbrook Lake Aerial Photography

It is our privilege to provide you with stunning and rare Aerial Photographs of Hasbrook Lake!

The images found on this web site were made at altitudes between 500ft and 3000ft above the lake on two different days. One session was in the morning, the other in the afternoon, permitting us to present all shorelines at their best. The aircraft utilized were a Cessna 170 (1952, shown on masthead) and a Cessna 172.

All images are high resolution digital photos. Prints are archival digital prints made with the finest materials available. The prints are far more vivid and sharp than we can adequately portray on the web! They are suitable for framing, and available in two sizes: 8"x10" and 11"x14", and of course, do not have the watermark shown on these webpages. We think you'll find our prices quite reasonable, making it possible to own several images, for your cottage and home away from Hasbrook.

In addition to selecting your favorite images, please consider our DVD, which presents the beauty and majesty of our lake in motion. The DVD combines aerial video footage (with a selection of our stills) set to soothing music to create a visual poem that is sure to inspire you. This is the DVD you'll want to show to all your guests when they visit our lake! Order one copy for your lake home and winter home too!

All prints and DVDs are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

About Us

The Addie Family (Sue and Norm) of LaGrange Park, IL, purchased their Hasbrook summer cottage in 1970, when Jim was 14. Jim and Jo have been married 29 years, and have one son, Shane, 19. Avid boaters and waterskiers, the Addies spend as much time as possible at Hasbrook. (Norm passed away in 1979 and Sue still lives in LaGrange Park.)

Jim and Jo are both self-employed, and own 3 businesses. Jim is a video producer, and owner of Moving Bits Productions. Jo splits her time between two endeavors--she is an antique dealer and has a mail order business for official collectibles for the time-travel romance movie classic, “Somewhere in Time,” on which she worked with Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour in 1979. She highly recommends this beautiful love story to all--with its message of love conquering all obstacles and the hope of everlasting love. She is the SIT fan society president and publishes an elegant quarterly magazine on the film. Visit the Somewhere in Time Website:
